Resistance is such an interesting word.  Just saying the word brings up a funny feeling – a feeling of resistance.  When we resist something, we try to stay away from it, as in food.  When I feel resistance, I get a tight feeling in my body, a sense of I can’t do that because …. I am not good enough, I am not smart enough, etc. We each have our ‘go to’ phrase for this one.  this is our fear kicking in to high gear to ‘keep us safe’.  At least that’s what mine seems to be trying to do.  In this video, we talk about resistance and what works for each of us to move through it.  Check it out and let me know what does resistance mean to you, how does it show up in your life and what do you do to move beyond it.  https://youtu.be/I4Dg6FbQ_UM
