Herbs For Weight Loss
Many people struggle with their weight and reaching what the media tells us is our ‘ideal weight’. In this workshop, we will focus on natural foods that will help your body reach its ideal weight without focusing on foods you can’t eat. This 3 hour workshop will take you on a journey to learn about herbs you can incorporate into your diet, and how to incorporate them. We will make and enjoy a salad made from fresh herbs so you can see just how easy it is!
You will go home with class notes which include ways to use each herb.
