Herbs For Nutrition and Health
This 3 hour workshop will take you on a journey to learn what herbs you can incorporate into your diet, how to do it, and why they are good for your health (including weight control). Plus we will make and enjoy a salad from fresh herbs so you can see just how easy and delicious it is!
You will go home with class notes which include ways to use each herb.
